a. Open local address book
File — Database — Open
Open local address book


b. Create Connection document:

Use LAN port: TCPIP, LAN
Destination server address: dev.it-stream.com
2. Download users IDs

User Password MailBox Description

3. Choose user id:
File — Security — Switch ID
4. Open HelpDesk database:
